Nutrio+ does not process your payments. Every subscription is bought through the Apple App Store, so Apple holds your payment details, issues receipts and decides refunds. We never see your card.
1. Free trial
Every Nutrio+ plan starts with a 3-day free trial. You can cancel at any point during the trial and you will not be charged.
To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Apple begins the first billing period automatically as soon as the trial finishes, and a subscription that has already renewed is treated as a normal purchase.
2. How to cancel
Cancelling takes about thirty seconds and does not involve us at all:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
- Select Nutrio+.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
You can also reach the same screen from inside the app, or directly at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. It has to be cancelled through Apple, or it will keep renewing.
3. What happens after you cancel
Cancelling stops the next payment — it does not cut you off straight away. You keep full access to everything until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your data stays exactly where it is. If you resubscribe later, your streaks, achievements, XP and history are all still there.
4. Refunds
Because cancelling part-way through a billing period leaves your access running to the end of it, we do not routinely issue refunds for the unused remainder of a period, and we do not offer partial or pro-rata refunds for early cancellation.
That said, refund decisions for App Store purchases are Apple's to make, and you are always free to ask them directly — see below.
5. Requesting a refund from Apple
All Nutrio+ subscriptions are Apple In-App Purchases, so refund requests must go to Apple:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase.
- Find the Nutrio+ charge and choose Request a refund.
Apple's decision is final and we cannot overturn it. If Apple approves a refund it is normally processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method, though your bank may take a little longer to show it.
6. Exceptional circumstances
If something went genuinely wrong on our side — you were charged twice, a fault made the app unusable for you, or you were billed after cancelling — get in touch and we will do what we can to help, including advocating on your behalf with Apple. Contact us within 14 days of the charge and include the date and your Apple receipt so we can find it.
These requests are looked at individually. We would rather sort out a real problem than argue over a subscription you did not want.
