Logging, five ways
However you log it,
it takes seconds.
Five routes to the same place.
- 01
Photograph it
Point at the plate. Macros, fibre, sugar and salt.
- 02
Scan the barcode
Live scanning, built for UK supermarket shelves.
- 03
Just type it
“Two eggs on toast and a flat white.” Done.
- 04
Say it out loud
Hands messy? Just talk to it.
- 05
Snap a recipe book
A cookbook page becomes a logged recipe.
It understands “a knob of butter” and “half a bar of chocolate” — and learns how you portion things.
Your day, at a glance
Your whole day,
one glance.
Calories, protein, water and meals on one screen. Rings fill as the day goes.
- Daily summary and goal rings
- Both streaks, side by side
- One-tap log meal, workout or weight
- Steps and calories from Apple Health

Beyond calories
Every meal,
properly tracked.
Most trackers stop at macros. This one tracks fibre, sugar and salt too — against real published guidance.
- Calories, protein, carbs and fat
- Fibre, sugar and salt with their own targets
- Targets from Mifflin–St Jeor and WHO guidance
- A–F meal grades

Train with purpose
Train smarter,
not harder.
Log every set. Watch a live muscle map light up. Let the AI build the plan.
- 813 exercises across 11 categories
- Muscle map — 14 groups, front and back
- PRs detected automatically
- Rest timer that survives a locked phone
- Workouts written to Apple Health

The reward layer
Consistency, made
worth chasing.
Streaks, coins and a daily spin. All included — nothing to buy with real money.
Streaks you can defend
Miss a day? Spend a Streak Shield or a Rest Token to save it. Both earned by playing.
Friends, not strangers
A weekly league against people you know, ranked on XP only — never weight or calories. No global leaderboard, on purpose.
Built for the UK
All 14 FSA allergens, flagged.
Every scan is checked against the full UK Food Standards Agency list — and you're told what a meal is free from, not just what's in it.
Straight with you: it's an aid, not a medical device. AI can miss things. With a serious allergy, always check the packaging.
A message from Nutri
(press me)
I tried every fitness app going. They all felt like a chore — boring, forgettable.
So I built my own. Achievements, XP, streaks — and Nutri cheering you on.
The app I wished existed. Built different, on purpose.

Questions
Before you
download.
Is there a free version?
A 3-day free trial on every plan — cancel before it ends and you're not charged. After that it's a paid subscription, fully unlocked.
How do I cancel?
In your Apple ID subscription settings, like any App Store subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Apple handles all billing — we never see your card.
Is it on Android?
Not yet. iPhone only, and built natively — Apple Health, home-screen and lock-screen widgets all work properly.
How accurate is the AI?
Very good on recognisable meals and packaged food, less certain on mixed dishes. Edit anything it gets wrong — it learns how you portion over time.
Can I trust it with allergies?
As an extra check, never your only one. It screens all 14 UK FSA allergens, but AI can miss things. Always check the packaging if an allergy is serious.
Does it work with Apple Health?
Yes — it reads your steps and calories burned, and writes workouts back.
Is there a widget?
Three home-screen sizes plus a lock-screen one, showing calories, macros, water and both streaks.
